A cutout I made with a photo I took quite a while ago...
It's from a tree of Malpighia emarginata, known here in Brazil as acerola. It's a kind of berry, natural from Central America. It was known as barbarian berry or Antillas berry. Acerola has many vitamins, like A, B1, B2 and B3, calcium and iron, and it's particularly rich in vitamin C. I redlighted the mature fruits!  |
